Returns Policy

Return of Merchandise

The full amount (excluding the shipping fee, and taxes, if any) will be credited in the same format as the original form of payment if the returned item is postmarked within 14 calendar days of the shipping date on the proof of purchase and accompanied by the original return form.

After 14 calendar days, all merchandises are not eligible for return.

Unless otherwise stipulates by law, the original order’s shipping fee and taxes, if any, are non-refundable.

Processing Fee

Under our Return and Refund Policy, a processing fee of HKD 50 will be charged for each domestic return. A processing fee will be deducted from the amount to be refunded for any items returned with the respective return codes.

As a convenience to our customers, you may also return products which are purchased at (你的网址） in selected we stores. The processing fee will be waived. You must present your order receipt to proceed return in store. A return email notification will be sent to you once the returned item(s) is received and confirmed its condition is situatble for return. Refund will be returned to the original payment method used for the purchase within approximately 15-21 business days. Actual refund completion will depend on your bank.

Item Condition

Returned items must be in new and resalable condition.

Returned items that have been damaged, soiled, washed, worn or altered will be returned to the Customer.

Sale items being sold at a discount of 20% or more, fragrance, underwear bottoms (men’s, women’s, boys’ and girls’), socks and earrings are not eligible for a return or refund and will be sent back to the customer.

Other Conditions

No exchange service is available for purchased made through the Website.

Items purchased at （你的公司或网站名称） stores cannot be returned or exchanged online.

Please allow 10 to 15 business days for your return to be delivered to Hong Kong SAR and processed. You will receive an email notification upon completion of the return processing.

Order Cancellation

If you would like to cancel your order before it is shipped, please contact Customer Assistance and provide your Order Number. All items in the order will be cancelled. Partial cancellation on individual items will not be accepted.
